NOTICE TO NEARBY RESIDENTS

Out of Hours works notice

Dear resident,

The Alliance must undertake maintenance repairs to the Woodman Point Odour Control Facility (OCF) that will require two 24 hour shutdowns of the Facility.

Both shutdowns will commence at 4.00am in the morning involving a 24 hour shift to complete the necessary tasks.

The shutdowns enable the team to install and remove a bypass that will result in the OCF continuing to manage effective odour treatment during the three week exercise to replace dampers in the chemical scrubbers.

First Shutdown: Tuesday 17 November
Second Shutdown: Wednesday 2 December

In preparation for the shutdown and during there will be chemical dosing of primary treatment areas of the plant with hypo-chloride to manage odours.
